Contract Signing

You choose your preferred contract term and configuration. The contract covers hardware, software, ERP integration, and support — everything from a single source.

Payment

Initial Payment

Depending on your chosen contract term, the initial payment is structured as follows:

Monthly Contract

First month's payment + installation fee

Annual Contract

Half of the annual payment upfront — partially covers installation costs. Installation fee waived.

3-Year Contract

Half of the first year's payment upfront. Installation fee waived. Highest discount.

Hardware

Hardware Installation

Our team comes to your location and installs all hardware. RFID gates, base station, labeling station — everything is professionally set up and tested.

  • Mounting RFID antennas at the gates
  • Installing the base station (POE switch + mini-PC)
  • Setting up labeling station(s)
  • Network and power supply connections
  • Functional testing of all components

Integration — Reading

System Integration (Reading Data)

We integrate your existing system so that shipment data can be accessed from our app. You and your partners can immediately see where shipments went.

  • Connection to your warehouse management system
  • Shipment data becomes visible in the mobile app and web dashboard
  • Partners can track shipment status
  • All tracking data is stored from day one

Optional

ERP Write-Back (Writing Data Back)

Integrating the write-back to your (ERP) system can be more complicated and is therefore a separate step. Once finished, all data will be automatically stored back from the first day.

  • Automatic booking of goods receipt and dispatch in your ERP
  • Inventory data synchronized in real-time
  • All historical data from day one is backfilled
  • Full integration into your existing processes
Note: This step is technically optional. You can use the system without ERP write-back and access data via the app and dashboard. Write-back can be set up at any time later.

Common Installation Questions

How long does the entire process take?

From demo to fully integrated system, typically 2-6 weeks. Hardware installation takes one day, ERP integration depends on the complexity of your system.

Will my warehouse operations be disrupted?

Minimally. Hardware installation typically occurs outside peak operating hours. Gates remain passable during installation.

What do I need on my side?

A power outlet and network access near the gates. For ERP integration we need access to your API or database interface.

Can I expand the system gradually?

Yes! You can add additional gates, labeling stations, or new locations at any time. Expansion is seamless and non-disruptive.
